Cinema Under the Stars at Stonewall Pride

To help celebrate the 40th anniversary of the birth of the LGBT civil rights movement, HRC and Oakland Park Mainstreet are hosting Cinema in the Park with the Stonewall Street Festival. The feature film for this FREE Event is "Before Stonewall" a colorful documentary of the struggles and achievements of gays and lesbians in America leading up to that historic day in Greenwich Village.
This is an outdoor event under the stars, and it is open to every member of the community we hope you will bring the kids too! You will love the new Jaco Pastorius Park.
So, pack your blankets, lawn chairs and coolers full of goodies. Vendors will be selling hot food and cold beverages. HRC will have a special tent selling HRC logo murchandise and memberships.
