Women's Initiative is Off to a Great Start!

In May, the Women's Initiative held a preview party to launch our new monthly social event at The Naked Grape in Wilton Manors. This intimate setting was the perfect venue for our guests to meet, mingle, and enjoy some after-work glasses of wine and champagne.

Over 30 people attended this preview event and the Naked Grape is donating 10% of all our sales for the evening to HRC in the form of sponsored memberships to some of our lucky attendees. Our next Women's Social kicks off Pride Weekend and takes place on June 19th at 6:30pm.

This event will continue thereafter on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Also in May, the Women's Initiative held its inaugural dinner club event -- Women Eating Out. This is currently an extremely limited-capacity dinner experience designed to promote new friendships in a setting which allows for stimulating conversation. On the 1st Wednesday of each month, Women's Initiative members and supporters will meet for dinner at a local establishment to discuss life, love, politics, community, and whatever else comes to mind for this table of 10.
